Is There Any Benefits For Derma Rolling?

Would a derma rolla be benificial even if im currently not using minoxidil or any other serums etc? I'm on finasteride 1mg daily and Nizoral twice a week. Surely theres no side effects so couldn't hurt?

On a side note, rather than starting a new thread, ive been on Finasteride for just over 2 weeks now and I've already noticed a decrease in density and an increase in shedding... I'm shedding all sorts of hair sizes and lengths, including what looks like to be normal thicker hair. Is this normal and will the miniaturised hair grow back if I respond?

Yes, early in my regime I had a good amount of regrowth with just derma rolling, scalp massages and anti-dandruff shampoo.
