Is there androgen recep/bind drug for hairloss on the market

So we have propecia that inhibits DHT. But is there a FDA approved androgen receptor binding drug that would prevent hairloss? IF not are there any of them in trials?

some doctors, although the number is shrinking, will prescribe oral spironolactone to men for hair loss. this is an ar blocker as far as i know.
