Is There A Tipping Point For Miniaturized Hairs To Go Terminal?

I have a wave of .5 inch hairs at the hairline. Some dark some less so. Only on oral minoxidil and Keto. Is it possible for these little guys to go terminal? Some mentioned copper Peptides? Could this be enough to put the over the edge? Is there an edge?

There's always a chance mate but I guess you will find out. Growing them and keeping them terminal for a couple of years is a possibility
