Been looking into how 'Rogaine' works, and I started to wonder is if there is an alternative to Minoxidil, that completes the same effect. I tried to find what they derive minoxidil from, but came up empty.
If there is another way to dilate potassium channels in the scalp, then by 'theory', it would be possible to duplicate the effect of rogaine naturally, perhaps coming up with a way to regrow hair, then, (if we're lucky), seize usage, and retain our new keratin production.
I was contemplating the effect of a banana and niacin flush? just shootin' from the hip though.
