Is there a difference between regulated online pharmacies

and non-regulated? By regulated I mean something like RXUSA.com which requires a prescription and is registered with the state pharmacy board (or something called that)

Basically I'm asking is there a big difference in the reliability, like whether you will get fake pills or not

ones that require a prescription are more trustable, though then you could go to RiteAid or some place like that.
