How exactly do you treat it? because the few derms I went to could not make it go away. I question if its even possible since no one really knows exactly what causes it in the first place.

Loads of Topicals:

- Cedarwood oil based shampoo - use it everyday until you get better. Then twice/thrice a week (Alpha cade)
- Nizoral - Only after you get better.
- A cedarwood based cream - to eliminate the scales (Betacade)
- Sulphur cream (its smells like tar and rubber) (Sucadermil)
- Wash hair everyday
- Rotate with Zynch/B5 shampoo

Do not use alcohol based topical.

And the most important wash everyday your hair for the rest of your life.
