I am an old bodybuilder and I know what gyno prone really means. Don't take spironolactone orally. Either buy the creme from this site and apply twice daily or get spironolactone tabs and crush up 25mg and mix with 1 ml of minoxidil. If your using minoxidil.

For the itchy scalp try getting 2% nizoral shampoo and tree tee conditioner.

The problem with spironolactone I have is there is no reliable place to get it. I mean some genhair site looks like I could make it in about 2 hours not very safe or reliable. Then the spironolactone from this site is expensive. I think I might end up trying propecia since no good topical really exists unless you want to pay a fortune and buy it not knowing how its mixed or even if it works.

I use spironolactone and flutamide mixed in with 5% minoxidil topically, with no gyno.

Just buy the 100mg Aldactone (Spironolactone) tablets, the 250mg flutamide tablets and pill cutter.

Just cut the spironolactone tab in half to end up with 50mg chunks and cut flutamide into 1/8's to end up with 31.5mg chunks.

Then take 50mg spironolactone and 31.5mg fluta chunks and break up into fine powder. I use a piece of paper and kitchen spoon in circular motion.

Then put power into old minoxidil bottle and ad 2ml 5% minoxidil. Put dropper top on, shake vigorously, let sit for 5 minutes, once quick swirl and it ready to apply to entire scalp. Front hairline, temples and crown.

I do this twice a day, and its working well. It even has smell as the spironolactone cream.
