When I first noticed it I started using the foam on the front as well and lost so much more hair, then I called it quits with that. Currently my hairline looks like...

You can't really tell, but I've also thinned a little on top of my scalp just not as bad as the front. I'm about to start rolling and was hoping you guys could offer some advice on whether or not I should roll the top and front, or just the front in order to avoid going through another shed like when I used minoxidil?

Remember most treatments cause sheds and most people freak out when they have them, Im not one of the guys that think all shed hairs come back on a treatment but on most people they do, sounds like you had a typical minoxidil or finasteride shed.
as far as rolling I am on my 8th week and I shed 4 days after rolling, I have noticed it for the last 4 weeks like clockwork. I think its shockloss like with a hair transplant, its similar damage, shockloss hairs grow back. I use a 1.5mm roller 192 needle once a week
