Is revivogen available in a cream or lotion?

I dont like the idea of having to apply liquid all over the scalp because it runs quickly and very hard to apply to temples. My plan is to have a buzz cut and try to maintain my hair with reviogen and a simple lotion all over top of head will work so much easier. Is revivogen available in a cream or lotion or is it like rogaine liquid? If so would there be some way to make my own revigogen into a lotion so its easier to apply to temples?
