PLEASE DONT IGNORE
So a year ago one of my friends joked that my forehead got bigger. I looked at myself in the mirror and saw that it mt forehead had indeed grown but just a little. After shaving my head i saw the V shape but still ignored it. Once i was watching some videos about hairloss on youtube and got so angry that i shaved off a little part of my forehead (the little triange) when i told my family about it they laughed and said that i was not losing hair and i was just paranoid.my father is bald btw. However, i still spoke to the dermatologist who said that i have good strong hair and the reason my forehead got bigger was puberty and stress. The doctor said that my hair follicles were alive and it was a mild case of deffussory hair loss so just in case to be sure, she recommended bioxsine. And told me that i would see the results in 2 months. But the V shape is still there and I am very worried, the stress is huge and im even depressed at times. I would be grateful if you looked at the photos and tell me what I'm dealing with.
The first pic is 15 y/o me
In the next 3 pics its me with a shaved head 1 year ago (16 y/o)
In the next pics its the current me with an undercut

I would say yes unfortunately. In the long hair pics you can see that the hairs closer to the forehead are lighter and weaker with strong hairs behind. This looks like it could be miniaturization.

Being that your father is bald there is a chance you've inherited that characteristic so it would pay to be vigilant. Looking up Bioxime a 'natural hair loss formula serum', chances are it's totally useless.

I would look into minoxidil and nizoral currently and then discuss finasteride with a doctor when you turn 18.

Is that your brother? He looks to be on his way to baldtown as well.

Will minoxidil affect my sex drive? Are the side effects as bad as they say? Can i hope to regain my juvenile hairline?

Minoxidil doesnt decrease your libido and no i think its pretty much impossible to regrow your hairline. What you should be doing from now on is hoping to maintain what you have and prevent further hairloss.

I think your hair looks great. Probably a minor amount of recession but if your hair looked near identical at 30 I would not be surprised at all given how solid your hairline looks. Your hairline looks pretty similar to mine. First noticed recession at 19 and it barely changed 10 years later. Here are some pics of my hair now.

Anyway my point is, just monitor and see how it progresses if at all. If you feel it is getting worse than you can consider medicating when you are old enough. You look pretty developed physically for a 16 year old so it isn't surprising that you may have developed a 'mature hairline' already.
