Is My Hairline Receding Or Maturing? 23 M

Ive been freaking out about this for way too long, i have massive anxiety about it, i do have people in my family who have balded so idk if its in my genetics. My grandpa has it and my uncle aswell, i noticed i have a spot in my temple thats gotten more thinner and receded so im not sure what i can do and how worse it can get.

I have doing dermarolling and minoxidil for year now and things have not changed a bit ,sometimes they look worse honestly. I said u are balding because it was my gut instinct. But honestly their are not many miracle options that could make huge difference. But go by the way most going.people expert here can give you answer.remember early you catch it more likely you will keep hairs until some solution come out.

You might be difuse thinning. So it doesn't appear to be receding but your temples might be thinning and it'll meet in the middle. If it bothers you go see a dermatologist just to be safe and if you are get in finasteride to stop it .

Don't listen to these people telling you that you're balding.

You might have had some recession, looks like it to me but I'm pretty sure it's a mature hairline. Everything behind the hairline looks thick to me. You could stay this way with little to no loss for decades. At 23 it's prime time for a young man's hairline to mature. It happened to me at 22 and I stayed Norwood 2 for nearly two decades. I'm only now Norwood 3 vertex at 45.

My two cents is to hang on to these pics and in a year take more, same angle and lighting if possible, and compare.

If you think them that you are thinning talk to a dermatologist about finasteride.
