Is My Hairline Receding? 20yrs (with Pictures)

Hi, just wondering if my hairline is receding. I first noticed this when I was about 18 that my hairlines wasn't straight and am starting to get concerned if my hairline is receding or not. If it is what Norwood do you think I am.

I'm 21 years old and my hair is thinning drastically on the right side and not so much on the left side but no where else. Am I going bald? Also when I just touch my hair, a few hairs come out so is that normal

It won't let my reply but I added a picture from late October which was roughly about 6 months ago. I don't notice that big of a difference but could use some opinions if I'm going bald or not.
