Is my hair thinning ?

Hi,im only fifiteen but i noticed that there is a patch of hair that doesnt grow does anyone know if its thinning or not ?

Can't really come to any reasonable conclusion if you're thinning or not by looking at that single pic of your hair parted the way it is. Best to check with a specialist such as a hair transplant surgeon, they'll be able to tell you 100% for sure if you're balding or not.
