Is My Hair Thinning Or Just An Uneven Length?

Not sure if my barber just did an uneven cut or my hair is thinning. Hair is pretty short so I can't really test the theory myself. Added some pictures below, never really thought I had issues with hair loss, so I don't really know what to believe.

Does the one side that show scalp in the pictures not look as if it is thinning to you?
