Is Male Pattern Baldness Also Accompanied By Flakes And Danduff??

Recently I have started noticing whatever hair I lose has some white thing attached to it at its ends.And I am losing density where lot of flakes is presnent.So is male pattern baldness also accompanied by dandruff


and what is oral medicine for flakes and dandruff?? Please don't tell any shampoo name because its depressing to ser hair falling in shower.I want to treat it orally.All shampoo I have tried nothing works
