Is Kirkland, Lipogain and Spectral all identical?

On their respective product webpages, all of the above contain the same inactive and active ingredients:

minoxidil 5%

Alcohol 30%, PG 50%, purified water.

Would changing from Kirkland liquid to either of the above possibly help my scalp itch?
I confirmed it is the minoxidil causing the itch as i applied it to my upper neck last night and its mildly itchy today. So im after an alternative. Maybe even Kirkland foam?
Any experiences would be helpful. In the mean time ive ordered some t/gel and i might quit minoxidil for a couple of weeks and let it get better

To my knowledge lipogaine has topical saw palmetto in their **** too. I'm not sure if that does anything though, so ultimately, they essentially are all the same.

Lipogaine has more than 10 other ingredients , and One of them is saw palmetto .
