Is It Worth Trying Minoxidil Again But With Anti-androgen This Time?

i used Minoxidil 5% foam a few years ago alone for 1.5 years. It gave me a shed initially then stopped some hair loss. Not sure if it regrew my hair. I stopped it as it was expensive and I got on spironolactone 200mg. Also tried it with finasteride 5mg for about a year or so. My hair was still thinning all over. I got off finasteride and now am just on spironolactone.

I’m thinking if I should try minoxidil again but this time with spironolactone. I’m scared it’ll give me a dread shed again. Any advice would be really appreciated!
