What can someone do with your account no and sort code? The thing is some girl from work has asked for this info to transfer some money she owes me. It's not like she's a stranger or someone I don't trust. She's actually a good friend and I really don't want to insult her by refusing to give her my details (and ok, yeah I've got a major crush on her lol). But you can't be too careful with things like this can you?

If you can PM me your credit card number and PIN, I'd be more than happy to transfer the money for you.

Just tell her to forget about the money if she plays with your coconuts!

In the future don't lend money to a love interest if you don't want to bid bye -bye to any alleged mutual respect let alone a serious romantic moment.
If you want to give money to someone keep it under a days wages and don't expect a return.
