Is It Possible To "restore" Your Hairline With Finasteride+minoxidil?

Hey guys,
i'm 22 years old.
I'm using minoxidil foam 5% for 6 months and Propecia for 2.5 months.

I have noticed that my entire hairline ( I'm blonde & pale so I can see the hairline when I pull my hair back) has receded and in V shape. (it's not new, i'm losing my hair for 2 years already, but just now I really looked in the mirror and checked it closely)

I know that minoxidil & finasteride are for maintaining the hair and possible re-grow hair. But it's only where hair is already growing.

My question is - Is it possible to lower the hairline and actually bring it back to how it was 3-4 years ago, like a single straight line instead of v-shape?? or the only solution for it is hair transplant?

I mean any chance to re-grow hair on the bald spots of the temples?

Because the minoxidil+propecia are helping. a lot.
But I don't like the V-shape.. I don't like seeing my temples. Although my hair is starting to look thick and better, it doesn't really change my "old" look or the entire look when the temples are visible and the hairline is still in v-shape.

I mean 3-4 years ago I looked good. Some people would say really good.
a year ago, when I was in my worst hair loss time, I looked awful and old (people didn't believe i'm 21)
and now, I look better than a year ago, but still a lot worse than 4 years ago when I had my hair line.
So it doesn't really help me when my hair is thick and better while my hairline still sucks .
It doesn't help me when my hair is better but my temples are still visible.. because your whole look depends on the hairline and not on the quality of your hair.

I should have started the treatment 2 years ago when I just started to recede, but I was in denial. and now I hope it's not too late to restore it.

Thanks.

Is it possible for both together to help restore the hair line? Yes. Maybe not to a 'straight' hairline like you had when you were 10, but move it forward. It depends how well you respond and how bad the hair loss is however.
