Im 20 years old, I havent had anything go completely bald, but I have been experiencing (first) thinning, since about late 18/19, and (recently) miniaturization. Ive been on finasteride for nearly 3 months now, and Ive been shedding like crazy since a coupe weeks into taking it. I started Rogaine foam 5% about two weeks ago. Among the miniaturized hairs along my hairline, I seem to be seeing some tiny vellous hairs starting to shoot out of some of the areas where my scalp could be seen through the miniaturization, I havent yet updated my results on the crown or vertext though. I figure when the hairline is helped (IF it is) then its pretty safe to say everything else has been helped as well, seeing as most things say the hairline is the most difficult to repair. But am I seeing just a result of the illusion of thickness being left by the Rogaine, or is it possible I could be seeing actual results? I still seem to shedding on finasteride, if that holds any significance.
