Is it possible to be on TRT and take an AA?

I'm approaching 30 and I know in the future my testosterone levels will drop. A lot of older men nowadays go on TRT to raise their levels back up to stay energetic and muscular.

By how would this effect balding/finasteride/dutasteride?

Let's say I'm 38, been on finasteride for almost 10 years and regardless of finasteride, my test levels have dropped off naturally and I qualify for TRT. If I begin taking it, will it counteract the finasteride and cause more DHT and accelerate balding? Will the finasteride mess with the TRT? I ask now because I know most MDs or even endocrinologists don't know or care too much about hairloss meds...they'd just tell me to quit. I'm wondering if it's possible to be on TRT and take finasteride to block the DHT and have hormones that aren't going crazy.

This is way off in the future and by then we might not even need finasteride because something else comes along, but just curious for an older man's perspective. I believe test is a super important thing for older men to worry about and I am prone to depression, so it might be in my future. I also have hypothyroidism running in my family, so I have no clue how hypo meds and finasteride would interact.

It's very hard to even get TRT (Tried this when I was forty). At least that's been my experience in the US
where I live.

Had success with an Australian place, for about a year. They started outsourcing their manufacturing, and the result
was a crappy formula that almost gave me a heart attack. Obviously, I quit after that.

Did you see benefits before the heart attack?

I always wonder how much test naturally lowers with age. It scares me. I want to have "normal" test levels until I hit my 70s.

And as far as availability, I had been lead to believe that if your test levels are lower than the average range, you can easily get TRT.

Funny when teenage girls with "gender dysphoria" can get testosterone injections from Planned Parenthood but men can't...
