Is it possible that Nizoral makes my scalp more itchy?

I have to attack one ingredient of the holy "Big 3", but I really think that 2% Ket-Shampoo (Nizoral and Terzolin) is making my scalp more itchy. I have tried it twice for several weeks and both times the itching of my scalp was getting worse. Just coincidence or have others made similiar experiences?

Yes.

If i use it all weeks 3 times a week my scalp becomes dry and more itchy. So when i felt it i take one week for a pause.

Nizoral has made my scalp itchy. I think Nizoral is supposed to help flakyness and itchiness, but if you use the shampoo without these problems, then it creates them lol. That's what happened to me anyway.

I`m thinking about dropping Nizoral from my regimen. From what I have understood Neutrogenas T/Gel works almost as well as an antiandrogen as Nizoral does, but the difference in the feeling how it leaves my scalp and hair is massive. Plus you can use it everyday.

I have stopped Nizoral and my scalp is far less itchy. I don´t know why, but I assume that Ket is simply too agressive for such sensitive scalp as mine. Well, it is just shampoo and it won´t save that much hair on its own.

someone had written on their regimen that nizoral use for a long period makes your scalp more sensitive but i cant remember who it was.
im starting to think there maybe some truth in it though.
