is it ok to use nizoral everyday?

i have been using nizoral 2% like every 3rd day or so

lately ive been using the 1% on the 2% off days

is it ok to use the 1% in the days i dont use the 2%?

my scalp doesn't seem to be bothered by the nizoral at all

i also use jason thin to thick sometimes on the nizoral off days

any advice?

If your scalp seems OK and you don't notice any shedding then it's probably OK to use the 1% every day.

The 2% you're probably better off using 2-3 times a week because it's quite strong, but it's up to you.

alternatively you can try Revita which has 1% nizoral and can be used safely every day.
