Is it normal to shed again in 6th month ?? Plz help

Hello,

I am on Big 3z from 6 month now. I am a diffuse thinner. When i started i was mentaly prepare for first shed which started in third week last for couple of week and then mine hair got better by third month, much better than start.

But i am at the end of 6th month, it started to shed again couple of weeks ago, and mine hair now look like as were before starting regime. Is it normal ? Kindly help and advice me, i am really getting desperate about.

Can you guys remember if you did anything radically different days or weeks before the shedding?

Did you switch brands, formula? Were there days when you stopped applying them. Did you change schedules or number of times/ Did you suddenly go on a diet?
