Yeah, bin it. Expiry dates are there for a reason.

It's fine. The shelf life of topical minoxidil is years and I've bought new batches that were yellow so don't worry about the color because it can vary from clear to yellowish.

Beaner is correct.

Actually what happens is that the concentration of minoxidil decreases over time. So all you do is apply as normal or a bit extra. The minoxidil does not actually go off. The yellow colour will be the minoxidil crystallising a bit. Two options, just warm it up at 37 degree celcius and this will re-dissolve.
