Is It Common For People To Remain At A Certain Norwood For A Long Period?

Hi basically I’m just interested in peoples opinions about how long u can remain at a certain level of Norwood. I ask because I’m 20, fairly well receeded nw2/early3 but my dad receeded to Norwood 3 by 26, 20 years later his hairline is not far off identical to what it was 20 years ago and he still has a really thick crown. Is this common or has he just been lucky

I wouldn't say it's common, but there are plenty of cases where people have hit a Norwood level and stayed there for many years before noticeably hitting another level.

My father has been a norwood 3 since 38 and is now 65. Lost some density but still ha pretty solid nw3.
