Is It A Natural Whorl Or Hair Thinning?

Okay, so I am 21 years... And attached is the present state of my hair.

People near me have given me contradictory opinions about my hair condition, and since they weren't much into this, they weren't much help either.

Ultimately fed up (after struggling with hair fall for like 1 year) , I decided to visit a dermatologist just recently, and he diagnosed me with Alopecia Areata. And just to be sure (because I wanted a second opinion), I decided to visit another dermatologist, and he said that I am perfectly fine. Ah, this entire scene added more to my confusion than helping me. :(

And so here I am; please guys, help me out; what do you think... Is it just a natural whorl or is my hair actually thinning? It's been a year since I have been struggling with hair loss, and I wish I could make it stop right now.

You guys help would really let me know whether I should be extra careful about my hair or not.

Also, I would love if you could give me some hair care tips. *sigh* Ever since I started looking into my hair fall, I have developed a habit of playing with my hair. Do you guys think that's what has caused my hair thinning, if anything?

Please guys (I know I might sound annoying with all these pleases :p but I am feeling desperate atm that's all), I would really your insights and help.

your crown looks fine. hows your hair line?

but you need to go see a therapist or psychatrist instead of dermatologists
you may have BDD

Oops, sorry, I meant to attach this. (Another reason why I shouldn't do stuff on mobile phone )

PS: Sorry for the delayed reply... For some reason, the Internet was not working properly on my floor. I had to climb down to the ground floor.

Hmm... If you say so. I am just really bothered about my scalp showing as in the pictures. Do you suggest it's normal?
looking at your hairline in a blurry pic, it looks like youre balding or receding somewhat. i would worry more about that than your crown

Well, I do recognize my receding hairline. This was in full force about 1.5 years back, though it appears to have slowed down, if not stopped altogether. Regardless, do you suggest something for the hairline?

Also, since you suggest that my crown is perfectly normal (that's what I take from this conversation), do you suggest I should drop the medications or continue them? I seriously would not want my hair to get ruined/harmed because of unnecessary medications.

PS: Thanks for your input. I really appreciate it. :)
