I really wonder if we know much of anything a lot of times. Yes you will probably take after your family members, but its not exact science. I met guys that had no zero hair loss in their entire family, and went Norwood 7. Nothing is for certain, and we dont know nearly enough to answer most questions. Its just guessing.

Nope.

The men in my family, on both sides, most of them all have Reagan-level hair into their 70s; my uncle is like, very early NW2 at age 40.

I'm NW2 with the beginnings of diffuse loss, since improved with treatments. I've been looking through all kinds of family photos dating back 100 years and I have not found one guy with diffuse loss and again, the farthest anyone went seems to be NW2.

Which is probably why no one in my family believed me when I said I was losing hair.
