Hello guys!

I'm just starting to have thin hair. I started propecia with Nizoral 3x/week and thinking to add T/Sal also.

I'm wondering if I should add Folligen also??? Any advise about my regiment too :

Propecia 1mg/day
3x Nizoral
Regular shampoo on the other day

I'm a newbee and I read a lot on the site and getting to be nuts about all those treatment we can use. Any help or advise would be very appreciate.

Thanks a lot.

Frank

My understanding is that both tricomin and foligen are follicle rejuvinators and hair growth stimulators. The worst thing they can do for you is to keep your scalp healthy and provide a healthy ewnvironment in which hair can grow properly.

Alone - I think they'd be next to useless - but as an added weapon in your arsenal - you can't go wrong by adding one. IMO.`

Can you also use Folligen on your face? for example acne scars? I've read that copper peptides are good for recovering.

I've only ever used the folligen spray - but I've heard a few people remark that they also like the cream. Yes, Dr. Pickart sells a variety of products and some geared toward acne scars.

Would you use Folligen everyday???

Thanks

If you're referring to the folligen spray - the recommendation is to use 4x per week.

I pretty much go w/ approximately 14 "spritzes" per application - which is enough to wet my whole head. I try and do this 4 x per week.

So far my bottle has lasted nearly 7 months - and I have slightly less than 1/2 bottle remaining.
