Is finasteride right for me?

I've read that frontal hair loss is caused by too much testosterone, not DHT. Therefore, would finasteride still be best for frontal hair loss if it only stop the production of DHT (and not testosterone)? Sorry if that's incorrect about finasteride. Or did I read incorrect information about the cause of frontal hair loss? If I want to reduce testosterone, what should I take? Thank you!

That's pure, utter speculation on the part of some readers of hairloss forums. I wouldn't take it seriously, if I were you.
