Is Dermarolling Worth It Without finasteride/minoxidil?

Hi, I’m currently experiencing early diffused hairless on my right temple. Would dermarolling be any use or worth it if I don’t use any other treatment alongside it?

Unfortunately the sides of the big 3 aren’t worth it to me.

I wouldn't even bother with dermarolling unless you are simultaneously applying some fancy growth peptides or some sh*t that is otherwise difficult to penetrate. Or one of those new highly experimental research chems that can stimulate HF neogenesis.

While I think fibrosis plays a big role so that massage+derma roll helps a lot and may even be needed, I also would not just use these techniques alone. You could use peppermint oil or rosemary if you refuse to use the big 3 to help.

Worthless, won't stop DHT doing it's business. Actually even Minoxidil alone is pointless in the long run - after a few years the DHT will take over and start the cascade of miniaturisation again by interacting with the receptors at the hair follicle. You need to let your follicles heal while they are still breathing - prevent further hair loss - finasteride.
