Is Baby Hair A Receding Sign？need Help...

Hi I thought my hairline just fine until today i took a picture.I shed like crazy since Aug.Now my left temple looks terrible...but I still got some baby hair around this area. Is this baby hair or just receding？bty there are lots of baby hair in my hairline. Is this they are going？Thank you guys
