Is A hair transplant Feasible For Me, Or Is It Completely Hopeless Situation?

Hello, I am the tail end of age 25, been losing/thinning hair since about age 21. It's starting to really bother me at this point, but I'm not sure if there's any solution for me at this point..? I've been using Minoxidil + RegenPure for years (I've avoided finasteride due to reading about perm. sides, etc. which would be unbearable to fall into), and it worked okay for a small improvement bit at first, but at this point it looks like crap regardless. I'm wondering if what I have is even feasible for a hair transplant? I attached some pics, most with strong lighting to show the situation more clearly hopefully. All the pics were taken today pretty much. Thanks for any advice in advance.

Try finasteride for a year before thinking about a transplant. You might never need one. Even if you do get a transplant they will make you take finasteride anyways so you might as well see if you can get some gains from it.

Start on finasteride.Wait for 1 year.If u don't see improvement then think about transplant. You have some hair at front. The non resistant dht hair left will continue to fall.So think again

Thanks for the input. Hmm any other alternatives to finasteride? The side effects seem to be common place for it at this point, so have been very hesitant on it? So hair transplant is not feasible without finasteride?

IMHO your baldness is very advanced.
With a hair transplant you would not be pleased with density.
Unless you go to one of those doctors who make super duper mega sessions in Turkey.

There's nothing to stop you having a hair transplant without taking finasteride. Entirely up to you

Hmm any other alternatives to finasteride?

PRP + ECM would probably work well for you as an alternative to finasteride.

LLLT and dermarolling would also help to maintain your existing hair.
