Is a dermatologist worth seeing - is it too fast for male pattern baldness

My hairloss is extremely fast. I started to notice my thinning about a year and a half ago, just temples though. Noone else could detect it , even up to 3-4 months ago. Which is true I have photos from just 3 months ago and it looks like ahve a full thick head of hair, except for alittle temple recession. Though About this stage I noticed my front starting to thin too. Now at present I've ahd to shave my head, my hairline is pretty much gone and the whole middle of my head is visibly thin, I can see scalp under light. My girlfriend/friends now confirm I was right and was thinning. They also cant beleive how fast its happened.

I'm just wondering, I've also got a constant red rash type thing around my nose (just under the eyes esp.), always fatigued and definitely depressed (though thats probably due to my hair) and no sex drive. I've been on procepia for over a year, minoxidil for 9-10months and nizoral for 4months.

Do you think this might be more then male pattern baldness ( I would really believe this if my hairloss didnt follow the temples, frontline, all over pattern). Should I see a dermatoligist or doctor. Should I stop or change my regimen as my loss was undectable to all but me and even then it wasnt bad before I started taking stuff. P.s - just ordered Dutas.

Alright decided to go at it hard. New regimen - topical spironolactone, minoxidil (continued), Dutas instead of Procepia and some MSM.

Sound ok?

Also has anyone who has not responded to Procepia/finasteride at all responded to Dutas.
