hey guys, my name is Paul and after reading so much about hair loss thanks to this website, i have no decided to do something about my hair loss issue.
i have been wanting to do this for awhile now and thought that if i dont start this now then i never will.
this is what my hair looks like now after a haircut

now it isnt as bad as some people but i am currently 31 years old and i feel like if i dont do anything at all about this then i feel that i will be bald by the age of 40.
Now i was after on some advise on what i should do guys, i have a plan but i am not sure if it is a good plan or not and would like your opinion.
My plan is as follows:
* Nizoral Shampoo 1% every 2 days
* Rogaine Foam twice a day.
Now am i wasting my time by doing this or should i add Dutasteride to my treatment plan?
i was seriously considering adding Dutasteride to my treatment but i am scared that i might have bad side effects using it?
what do you guys think?
By the way i have already purchased the Rogaine Foam (waiting for it to come in) and with the Nizoral Shampoo, i bought it yesterday, only issue is that being in Australia i am uncertain if this Nizoral Shampoo i bought is the actual proper Nizoral Shampoo or if it is the Aussie rip off version of one? http://www.epharmacy.com.au/product.asp ... mpoo+200mL
On the front of the bottle, it says ketoconazole 10 mg/g
