Interesting situation

I am a diffuse thinner with only frontal thinning. I went on the big 3 and have been for about 8 months now. It might have stopped the thinning. I recently justed buzzed my head for no real reason, but when I did noticed something interesting. I have always known that I had a ridge along the front of my scalp but did not realize how prominant it was. It basicly goes from one temple to the other straight over the top of my head. The interesting thing about the thinning is that it starts right in front of the ridge, not just close to it but right at the line. I have absolutely no thining behind the line at all. It seems strange to me that thinning would just happen to start in that spot all along the front of my scalp. Could there me any reason behind this?

A pic would clarify the situation a lot, at least I didn't completely understand what you mean.

Dude it might be that you're not actually thinning in that area, maybe it's that because there's a ridge, the hairs are all going in a direction determined by the ridge and so you can see scalp. Would that make sense at all?
