So, finasteride slow down our hair loss. My question is:
Guy is NW2.5 and start using finasteride in his 25. He use it for 15 years and then stops (no matter why).
For those 15 years he progressed only to NW3 (kept most of his hair).
When he stops finasteride, will all saved hair during those 15 years fall out, or will he just continue to lose hair
from NW3 at the pace he was losing it before starting finasteride?

What if he in next 5 years dont lose hair at all? Does that mean that we would end like no more then NW3
even without 15 years on finasteride?

That's a good question. I think your body/genes keep internal clock of your age/time on this earth. So, stopping finasteride. after 15 years will theoretically accelerate hair shedding (in weeks and months) to the point where your hairloss should have been if you had not started finasteride. No, finasteride. does not stop the time clock on genes nor extends it. And to your second point, it is more complex and debatable. Most Androgenetic Alopecia cases go on and cede when the whole Androgenetic Alopecia in all of Galea region has been wholly achieved, and not just partial. Furthermore, there is an argument that using finasteride and minoxidil etc will make your hair completely dependent on them, and once you stop treatments, your follicles do not have self-guard to protect themselves. Thus, follicles will miniaturize regardless.
