You can't expect anything till 2013. Also, this hair multiplication process only works good with areas that are starting to bald. You can't use it rebuilt your hair line. Therefore, even if HM comes out we will still need transplants to treat our baldness. HM is the next step after transplants.

to laser my front or not. ... If lasered, I can wear a wig better. If not, I'd have more hair incase I get more grafts later. Maybe lasering will make HM impossible for me.

79%? Sounds good to me. Also HM is not an alternative to transplant, it IS a transplant. Difference being, the number of donor hairs available is (in theory) infinite and not restricted by the numbers of DHT resistant follicles left on a baldies head.
