This site talks about inneov and it should be good for hair, in both men & women. Has anyone tried it? I've never heard of this before.

L-Taurine and Green Tea separately and a good multi-vitamins supplements with Grape seed extract and Zinc is an easy finder now. This stuff from L'Oreal is Way too expensive.

tons of products and vitamins are supose to be good for your hair at the end of the day vitamins or any product but finasteride and minoxidil wont do squat for your hair. Nizoral might help a tad but save your money for finasteride because its best we got out there. The best vitamins can do is maybe create an extra shine to your hair or grow it a tad quicker.
