Inhousepharmacy questions

This is going to be my first time ordering finasteride online and I had a few questions. I know inhousepharmacy says that they need a script but I've also seen some people order finasteride without a script. Does anybody have a definitive answer?

Also they have finscar and proscar. And finscar is significantly cheaper, so is there any reason not to get finscar? Probably not, but I just wanted to make sure. Thank you.
