Inhouse pharmacy too good to be true?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of purchasing these - http://www.inhousepharmacy.co.uk/generics/fincar.html.

Are they legit? If so, why are they so cheap? That is a years supply (90 tablets) when quartered, it sounds too good to be true for £42.79 with free delivery?

Also, if anyone in the uk has ordered from them before, could you tell me how much customs duty I'm likely to be charged?
