I've adressed this issue several times on the forum but can't figure out why it happens.
What is inflammation and why doe's it happen?
Why can't I get rid of it?
Why doe's it happen to some people and not to others?
Why is it sometimes accompanied by pimples?
Why don't Doctors have a clue about it?
This is the core of my hair loss suffering. It is constant making it the most irritating thing in my life apart from the hair loss itself. I believe the more aggressive your hair loss is , the more inflammation you get. Since I started losing my hair at 17 it is extremely prominent all over my head. I'm trying to combat it with Nizoral but it only works for so long throughout the day. I'm also taking Omega 3 oils. It hasn't gone away. I'm heading into NW2.5 territory now and it's getting worse. None of the doctors I have gone to know about inflammation and it's association with hair loss. In fact nobody knows anything about hair loss apart from us and those rare specialized doctors. What am I supposed to do?
From what I understand inflammation is caused by your immune system attacking the hair because DHT has caused a change in the follicle and it is now seen as a foreign body. Why won't the treatments counteract this? Finasteride should address this , but it doesn't. You guys who are up their in your twenties are lucky and the guys older than that are even more lucky.
Could someone educated in this field please explain in full how and why inflammation occurs, what it's correlation is with male pattern baldness and why I seem to have it so bad?
