many questions...not so many answers

What causes inflammation in male pattern baldness?
Is it a result of "damage" to living tissues, or do androgens trigger the inflammation? Which comes first?
Are there higher concentrations of androgens in areas with
inflammation? In other words, do androgens flock to areas of damaged tissue?
"These data implicated TNF-{alpha} as an inducible factor in the local wound healing response that is regulated directly or indirectly by gonadal steroids."
Do 5AR inhibitors and antiandrogens indirectly work as anti-inflammatories?
thanks,
Chuj
