Improting anti-hairloss chemicals(powder) from China - CUSTOMS

Does any one here have any experience with importing chemicals from China? I read that packages from Asia are always checked extremely carefully and obviously a substantial quantity of white powder will draw their attention. Care to share any experiences? I don't want to flush any money lol but it is so much cheaper that way.

My main concern are mainly chemicals that are sold as prescription drugs like minoxidil or flutamide.
