Impossible Regrowth After 2 Months finasteride With Pic

Hey guys, I am a bit of confused.
I am taking finasteride for 2 months now and there're hair on the top which wasnt there since 1 year. I never shaved the top or something. So Iam wondering if this might be a Finasterid effect or just a previous "shedding"

Maybe ill find one. I just uploaded it to imgur because of the 3mb limitation. Im just wondering because 2 month of finasteride could never have this effect...
