Immediate finasteride Sides, How Long To See If They Go Away?

Hello,

30 year old man with hair loss. I had heard some of the stats but didn't think it would be so dramatic.

48 hrs ago took first and only does of finasteride. 1.25 mg. Felt a mild burning in balls about an hour later. I was curious, and about 4 hour hours after taking drug climax was quicker than normal and sperm was watery.

Now I am completely limp, unable to get it up, and have been that way for the past few days.

Is there any likelihood in which this returns to some form of normal? Does this mean my sperm is also gone? If there is any chance this improves, how long would it take to see improvement / wear off?

It should return to normal after cessation of the treatment. Your sperm production should also resume. Some men do experience long lasting sides from finasteride known as Post finasteride syndrome but typically they were ones who used the drug for longer than you did. This is a small percentage of people who get sides, though many are able to readjust after cessation of finasteride. I think that in all likelihood you will be able to recover since you only took one pill. I am sorry you had a bad reaction to it.
