So, I ordered some generic finasteride and took it for 3 weeks before deciding to quit and get a real prescription from a Doctor for Propecia.
I took the .5 mg of generic finasteride every day for 3 weeks, then the 4th week, I took .5 mg every other day to slowly take myself off of it.
Now, for the first time in about 2 years, Im having a huge shed in the shower.. and noticeable patch in the front middle of my hairline that's itchy, and getting thinner... WTF is going on? Should i even bother trying the Propecia? I didnt notice a shed while I was on generic finasteride or before I started
