Im Shedding 300-350 Hairs Every 2 Days, Should I Add minoxidil To finasteride?

I've been on finasteride for 2 months, then stopped, now back on it again, but even in those 2 months shedding didnt reduce, it was going at the same terrifying pace.

Should i add minoxidil to the regimen at this point? Switch to duta? Wait for finasteride results?

Stick it out! I've been on both minoxidil and finestaride for a year and had 2 big sheds. One at the 3 month mark and another at the 8th month. Both lasted about 8 weeks with my hair falling out all over the place. Shedding is normal. My hair is thicker than it was when I started. It probably wouldn't hurt to add minoxidil but you will still shed and that's okay.

If you don’t have patience and understand these are long term, heavy medications that take a lot of time to pay off, (if they do), you are going to make things far worse for yourself.
