I'm Only Shedding Telogen Hairs. What Sign Is This?

Hey guys,

I am only shedding telogen hairs (a bit more than 100 hairs/day). More than 95% of all hairs I shed are telogen hairs. If I take a close look at my hair I can see a lot of telogen hairs between the regular hairs. It's not concentrated on a certain area of my upper head but the whole upper head area seems to be affected.

Will I loose all these hairs in the long-run for sure? I jumped on finasteride two weeks ago.

It's super demotivating to see all of them falling out

I of course know that telogen hairs are usual for people with hairloss but the amount of telogen hairs on my scalp is scaring the sh*t out of me. If I take a close look into my hairs, it's like there is always one telogen hair straight after a normal hair.
