**Age**: 23 (just turned)
**Condition**: male pattern baldness
**Family History**: Father is 53 and is a NW3 with diffuse thinning, Mother is 57 and is a NW2
**Current regimen**: 2ml of a home-made 7.5% Clascoterone solution /day plus essential oils mixed into the dollop of shampoo and conditioner every day, peppermint rosemary and lavender oils 2-3 drops each plus The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum ( recently started)
**Current Hairline (hair is wet in the pictures) and Current Hair (when styled)**:

I suppose I'm a NW2 currently (but if this isn't correct please do correct me! I need to know where I stand currently) and I'd like to get my temples back i.e I wanna become NW1 again, does that mean it would look like this:

^Regarding that (Dr. Koray Erdogan edited my picture after seeing I want to regain NW1), I'd like to ask if the lowering of the hairline a bit (like in the picture) is necessary for an NW1 or would I be NW1 if I regained all of my temples (since there's an NW2-like slight recession of the temples)?
I'm also going to get Forehead Reduction Surgery because I've always had a big forehead me at age 11-12 https://imgur.com/a/LsD9ol6
